Pencils are simple souls - they need little maintenance and are a trusted part of your arty arsenal. But you doneed to keep them sharpened! It's not too much effort to use a manual sharpener, but why not save your energy for your creativity and use a battery-operated one instead?
Derwent's twin-hole sharpener is perfect for both standard size pencils and their chunkier cousins, catering for 6mm up to 12mm diameters. It features a hole cover for safety, a broken tip remover and high quality replaceable blades. The shavings canister is translucent, so you can see when to empty it, and the cover is easily removed so there's little chance of spraying shavings all over the desk (or yourself).
Requires 4 x AA batteries (not supplied). For best results, alkaline batteries are recommended; rechargeable batteries should not be used.
