Higgins Calligraphy Black Ink is a student-grade waterproof pigment ink which gives a semi-gloss finish. Use with brush, fountain pens and dip pens on paper, board and film.
Contents: 74ml.
Note: As with any pigmented inks for fountain pens, we'd recommend extra care, flushing the pen if it's not going to be used for a while. Best avoided in valuable pens.
From our experiments, this is quite resistent to running with a wet brush, even after a fairly short drying time. It's not a very dark black in comparison to other Higgins inks.
