Hahnemuhle was founded back in 1584 as a paper mill, and today they produce traditional art papers, fine art inkjet papers and speciality papers using high-quality pulp and formulations that are partly hundreds of years old. They've recently introduced a line of writing instruments.
The Slim Edition fountain pen has a textured surface available in a subtle colour palette, with the guilloche pattern reminiscent of the moulds used by Hahnemuhle's papermakers. The barrel is engraved with the company rooster logo. Rhodium-plated 18 carat gold nib in a choice of sizes. Plainly-styled pocket clip. Refill with bottled ink using the supplied converter, or fit an ink cartridge.
