XL Refills for the Derwent Tinted Charcoal XL Paint Pan Set.
Water-soluble tinted charcoal paints in deep, muted tones. Each colour easily mixes, creating atmospheric and expressive results with a matte, textured finish. Use with a variety of creative effects - blend colours wet, apply in layers and lift, smudge or draw over when dry.

FREE Royal Mail Standard delivery for orders over £40, and just £3.50 for smaller orders. Royal Mail Priority is available as an option, for £3.50 on orders over £40, £5.50 on smaller orders. Express available for £9, or FREE with any order over £400. No delivery surcharges for Northern Ireland, Highlands & Islands or anywhere else!
