How can you make the most of yourself? How can you be more productive, more effective, a better you?
You could start with LEUCHTTURM1917's Change Journal. It offers 24 methods for self-optimisation by setting aside just 5 minutes every day.
This is part journal, part self-help book in that there is a lot of information and suggestions on how to go about improving yourself, but also space to personalise the book and track your progress.
It tackles ways of giving thanks, prioritising tasks and tracking how much time is spent in different activities. It also offers questions to answer: what do you want? Where are you right now and where do you want to be? It helps to focus thoughts and ambitions and make them possible to mould into actual achievements.
Pithy words of wisdom are always welcome, especially if you're not feeling on top form, or you need a bit of a kickstart, and the Change Journal is peppered with them. They're not from just the likes of Winston Churchill, Confucius and the Dalai Lama, either: there are even contributions from Yoda, Dr Seuss and Usain Bolt.
