With roots going back to 1886, Schjerning are experts in everything paint with the founder -Emil Schjerning- starting the brand after finding himself disappointed with the quality of paints available to him at the time.
More recently they've shifted their focus to sustainability, feeling an obligation to protect the environment with their manufacturing while still delivering great quality paints.
The Schjerning Deco Pearl Art Pen is an interesting one. The paint is nice and thick and provides quite a grippy surface once dry. It's fantastic for decorating nearly any surface, working on glass, wood, fabric, canvas and metal - and paper of course!
It comes in a 28ml bottle with a painting nozzle and is fantastic for giving a creative touch to anything. Decorate your artwork with some drops of paint to give it a 3D pearly effect or a bit of depth, or go and draw on the windows! Okay maybe not everyone wants to draw on the windows but the Deco Pearl Art Pen means you can if you want, and that's what's important.
Please be aware though, they do take a bit of time to dry, so do make sure not to rub anything over them or close your book prematurely, otherwise you'll have some sticky pages or, well.. a mess.
Available in a large range of colours.
Disclaimer: After using, we suggest clearing the nozzle with a paperclip or needle as the paint inside the pen may solidify at the tip. If the paint has already hardened, that's fine, you can still clear the nozzle with a needle or paper clip!
Please do not squeeze the bottle to force the paint out as it can have a -quite spectacular- messy outcome!

FREE Royal Mail Standard delivery for orders over £40, and just £2.50 for smaller orders. Royal Mail Priority is available as an option, for £3.50 on orders over £40, £5.50 on smaller orders. Express available for £9, or FREE with any order over £400. No delivery surcharges for Northern Ireland, Highlands & Islands or anywhere else!
International
International deliveries vary in cost, so you'll need to add the items you want to your basket, and enter the checkout to see the options for delivery. Prices and payment methods will reflect your country, and many countries have all taxes and duties included to make things easier and more predictable.
Orders over 2kg
For all orders outside the UK, heavy orders may cost more to send, but the shipping cost will be displayed in the checkout before you commit.
